With Rick’s experience of over 30 years, as an active investor, licensed Realtor in California and Hawaii. He is a developer that has had a Planned Community Association (PCAM) license, Condominium Hotel Operator (CHO) license as well has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Rick has formed extremely valuable relationships with those in both the finance and real estate industry.
Rick took his Passion and Knowledge and started Proven Business Skills Inc. in 2005 a real estate investment company. He then created DoGreat.com a Real Estate Education and Investment Resource website that is designed to Teach, Coach and Mentor others on how they too can achieve true financial independence and real financial security with real estate.
The name DoGreat.com was conceived when Rick was leaving for work one day and his 5 year old daughter at the time said to him “Do Good today Daddy” Rick replied “ Honey don’t tell be to Do Good…tell me to Do Great! That way if I mess it up… I still did Real Good!”
Rick believes if you “Give a man a fish you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.”
