During my recent inspection of your residence, the following conditions were found to
be below the standards as defined in your Lease Agreement. Corrective action must be
taken within the next ten (10) days of receipt of this letter and be followed up on a continual basis. Continued neglect will leave us no alternative except to take action under your Lease Agreement.
