Where the Money is for Investors Right Now

by devteam September 16th, 2010 | Share

If you are an investor in REO’s today, you are using a lot of resources to track, verify status, contact trustees and asset managers to get a good deal on an REO property and then fixing and selling or renting the property for cash flow. That is a business model that works but is time intensive. For investors who don’t want to spend the time on REO’s but want to make returns of 35% to 60% a year, bulk purchases of DISCOUNTED MORTGAGE NOTES is something to look at. We are involved in several pools of these notes and the profits are even larger than on REO properties and there is much less work involved for the investor. If you are looking to make high cash flow returns with a short turn around, make sure you attend one of our webinars on DISCOUNTED MORTGAGE NOTES in the next week. If you have subscribed to our list, you will get an email invitation. If you don’t know if you are on the list, send an email to Steve@dogreat.com and I will make sure you get the invitation.
